Job Role & Responsibilities
1. Event Planning & Execution
Design, plan, and execute micro-events, round tables, seminars, and dialogues.
Manage end-to-end logistics, speaker coordination, and audience engagement.
2. Partnerships & Institutional Outreach
Build collaborations with universities, schools, and colleges for research programs, talks, and internships.
Coordinate knowledge-sharing initiatives with academic stakeholders.
3. CSR & Sponsorship Development
Identify and connect with corporates, industry bodies, and agencies for CSR Funding and Strategic partnerships.
Develop proposals, sponsorship decks, and long-term relationship strategies.
Track CSR guidelines and align projects with corporate priorities.
4. Communication & Networking
Represent SESR Foundation at forums, conferences, and partner meetings.
Maintain relationships with media, government bodies, and civil society groups.
Prepare reports, concept notes, and presentations for stakeholders.
5. Strategy & Growth
Work with the leadership team to expand SESR Foundation’s think tank activities in Lucknow and beyond.
Develop scalable models for funding, events, and institutional collaborations.
Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate in Management / Public Policy / Social Sciences / Communications.
2–5 years of experience in Event management, CSR partnerships, fundraising, or institutional relations.
Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently.
Passion for policy, governance, social impact, and nation-building.
